認識保加利亞

保加利亞（Bulgaria）位於巴爾幹半島東南部，是一個充滿歷史底蘊、自然美景與獨特民俗文化的國家。保加利亞是全球最重要的玫瑰油產地，每年五、六月間會舉辦盛大的「玫瑰節」，此外，該國還以「優格」聞名全球，其中的保加利亞乳桿菌被認為是長壽的祕密。在當地有一個很特殊的超奇怪文化，點頭是表示「不」、「是」的動作卻是搖頭，這一習俗據傳源於奧斯曼土耳其帝國統治期間，保加利亞人為堅持信仰，以搖頭表示「是/相信」（Yes to faith）的頑強抵抗象徵。
